1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreelanceTrainings platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Usage

FreelanceTrainings provides a marketplace connecting corporate clients with freelance trainers. The platform is for professional use only. You agree not to misuse the platform or help anyone else to do so.

4. Trainer Obligations

Trainers agree to: provide accurate profile information, deliver training services as agreed with clients, maintain professional standards, comply with applicable laws, and not engage in any fraudulent activities.

5. Corporate Obligations

Corporate users agree to: provide accurate company information, pay agreed fees on time, treat trainers with respect, not misrepresent training requirements, and comply with all applicable employment and contractor laws.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Platform fees are deducted from trainer payments as per the applicable subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials purchased through the platform are licensed for use by the purchaser. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell purchased materials. The FreelanceTrainings name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

FreelanceTrainings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
